Widgy Normil Photography is a wedding photography, videography, and content creation business based in South Florida, United States, serving Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and worldwide destinations. Information on the Sites — including collections, pricing, and package details — is provided for general information and may change without notice.

2. Using the Sites

You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Viewing and sharing links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use is welcome.

4. Inquiries, Quotes & Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through the Sites does not create a binding contract or guarantee availability. Any prices or collections shown are starting points and may vary based on your date, location, and needs. Our services are provided only under a separate written service agreement, which — if you choose to book — will set out the full terms of your engagement, including deliverables, timelines, retainer, payment schedule, and cancellation terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and your signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that engagement.

5. Payments

Retainers and payments for booked services are handled through secure third-party payment processors and are governed by your written service agreement. A retainer is typically required to reserve your date, with the balance due before your event, as specified in that agreement.

6. Third-Party Links & Content

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites and embedded third-party content (such as Instagram, YouTube, and Pixieset galleries). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Sites and their content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on them is complete or current. Photographic and cinematic style is inherently creative and subjective; images shown are examples of our work and not a guarantee of specific results for any event.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Widgy Normil Photography LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Any liability relating to booked services is governed by your written service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Widgy Normil Photography LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Sites or your violation of these Terms.
